Indicative time planning; for detailed information please check the time planning of the specific season.
Departure from Santa Lucia (from 9.20 AM every hour ) or Tronchetto (from 9.30 AM every hour)
Get aboard Venetiana from Santa Lucia or Tronchetto and enjoy the beauty of Giudecca Canal and its palaces and churches from our boat. Giudecca Canal, together with the Grand Canal, is one of the largest canals in Venice, located between Giudecca island and Dorsoduro district. The main buildings that you can admire are Stucky mill, the Redeemer Church, the Church of the Zitelle, the Basilica of Santa Maria della Salute and the Church of Gesuati.

Arrival at St. Mark: free sightseeing in Venice historic center (2 hours)
After about half an hour of navigation, Venetiana will stop in St.Mark where you can get off and freely visit the heart of the city. St. Mark's Square in Venice certainly needs no introduction! Here you will find all the main buildings of the city, including the Basilica and St. Mark Bell Tower, but also the Procuratie (now home to the Correr Museum), once the seat of the procurators of San Marco. Under the arcades there are jewelers and prestigious cafes, including the historic Caffè Florian, opened in 1720, frequented by intellectuals and socialites such as Giacomo Casanova and Coco Chanel.
To discover all the best of Venice on foot, we recommend that you follow our Venice Unmissable Short Tour lasting 30 minutes.
Departure from S. Marco to Murano (from 11.50 AM every hour)
At the end of the tour, leave St. Mark for Murano. Enjoy half an hour of pleasant sailing aboard Venetiana, admiring the suggestive and romantic views of the Venetian Lagoon.
Arrival in Murano: visit to the glass factory and walking tour (2 hours)
Get off in Murano, the archipelago of the Venetian lagoon north-east of Venice, made up of seven islands. Murano is renowned for its glass manufacturing. The history of Murano glass begins in 1291, when by order of the Serenissima, all the glass masters of Venice had to move to the islands, since the furnaces of the workshops often caused fires in the city. Even today, Murano glass is produced in an artisanal way.
To discover the island, we recommend that you follow our Murano walking tour lasting about an hour, during which you can attend a glass-blowing demonstration inside a real furnace. If you visit Venice in the morning you can also have lunch on the island.
Departure for Santa Lucia (from 2.50 PM every hour)
After your visit to the island, get back on board Venetiana and return to the city of Venice.
